Pre-stressed concrete sleepers of New Type II, ballastless sleepers Type IIIa & IIIb, twin-block sleepers, switch sleepers, bridge sleepers and pre-stressed metro sleepers for urban rail transit.
Structural Composition
The complete steel mould consists of main mould body, end-beam prestressing mechanism, side forms, base form, rail-seat profiling inserts, sleeve positioning assembly, travelling rollers, tilting trunnions, locking units and grout-stop sealing components.
Sleeper moulds manufactured by Yinlong Co., Ltd. have been exported to Kazakhstan, Thailand, Tanzania, Indonesia and many other countries.
Main Technical Parameters
● Mould layout: 4 / 8 / 12 sleepers per mould frame
● Main material: Q235-B steel plate, channel steel and I-beam with post-weld stress relief treatment
● Dimensional accuracy: finished sleeper tolerance ±2 mm
● Single mould prestressing capacity: 150～260 tons
● Circulation mode: fully automatic circulation via roller conveyor, transverse transfer trolley and shuttle car
● Curing condition: constant-temperature steam curing at 45～60℃
● Mould service life: 800～1200 casting cycles
● Compatible line: standard automatic flow production line for sleepers
