Segment Production Line
The intelligent flow production line for precast tunnel segments realizes unmanned, automatic, standardized and continuous precast construction. On the fixed production line, all processes proceed in cycle rhythm via intelligent reinforcement processing equipment, high-precision segment moulds, AGV automatic carriers, intelligent concrete distributing machines and robotic arms as well as automatic curing systems, enabling high-efficiency and high-quality streamlined production. Integrated with steam curing, automatic mould cleaning & coating and other working stations, the fully automatic production line supports full unmanned operation covering the whole workflow: mould circulation → reinforcement placing → concrete pouring & vibrating → curing and demoulding.
The line adopts the production configuration of 1 main workshop plus 4 independent curing kilns matched with AGV parent-child trolleys. The supply scope includes production line design & control system, mould roller conveyor system, concrete distribution system, vibration isolation system, steam curing system together with steam pipeline & control system, operation monitoring system, automatic pin plugging/unplugging system, air compressor piping, electric wiring, drainage and embedded parts.
