Silvery Dragon produces two, three& four side indented wire with diameters from 3.4mm to 10mm and different indentations, tensile strength according to different international standards. It is mainly exported to overseas market.
The indentation equipment and carbide roller are developed& made by ourselves. The PC indented wire is high tensile and good ductility; its indentation shape is regularly deformed and uniform. The indentation depth can be made accurately in accordance with international standards and customer’s special needs. In order to prevent wire brittleness, all angles are circular arc transition. We can also produce it with different weight& coil diameter as per customer special requirements and implement personalized services. For example, we can design different indentation shape, depth, length and pitch according to the need of customer’s pre-stressed concrete component, especially, the different indentation depth of the wire can realize wire bond transfer length is best transferred to concrete design location area, and effectively improve the service life of pre-stressed concrete components. The product can execute BS5896, JISG3536, prEN10138, ASTM A881, AS/NZS4672.1, TIS95-2540, SNI1155, MS1138 Part 2 and other international standards.
