The product uses special wire rod for bridge cable as raw material. The main sizes are φ5.0mm and φ7.0mm series galvanized or galvanized aluminum alloy wire, and tensile strengths are from 1770Mpa to 2100Mpa, low relaxation with torsion property, superior anticorrosion performance. Its technology is advanced and the coating equipment is environmental protection which abandon the pickling process and use ultrasonic water washing, electrolysis& ultrasonic alkali washing, plating-supporting, drying, going through the pure zinc bath, then through the zinc aluminum alloy bath. This is two-step galvanized aluminum alloy layer (Galfan coating). Finally after nitrogen wiping system, the wire coating is continuous, uniform and smooth. With stabilization treatment, the wire has good linearity, high dimensional accuracy, and low relaxation property. The whole coil wire can be delivered in required length without joint. It is especially suitable for cable structure’s main cable, inhaul cable (sling), tie bar and other similar structures.
