High reputation Seven Wire Prestressed Concrete Strand - Plain Round&PCCP Wire – Silvery Dragon

Plain round wire is our traditional product with the longest production history in Silvery Dragon. This product is suitable for pre-stressed concrete railway sleeper, concrete plate and concrete pipe, etc. Its diameter ranges from φ4.0mm to φ12.0mm and tensile strength from 1470 to 1960MPa. The size tolerance of this product is accurate; the surface quality is excellent, the mechanical property is uniform; the toughness is good; the buttoning strength is high. It is stress relived and low relaxation, meanwhile its fatigue and hydrogen embrittlement data are higher than the international standards provisions. A large quantity is exported to foreign markets in the past decades.

Our products have always been in the leading position in the industry from the development of raw materials, automatic production line development, anti-hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity test. Meanwhile, Silvery Dragon also drafted GB/T5223 and Chinese PCCP standards. Since 2001, Silvery Dragon’s products have been used in more than 80 important water diversion projects with diameters from 2.0-4.0m PCCP, such as the project of diverting water from Irtysh river to Urumqi, South-North water diversion Beijing section, Henan section& Hebei section, the Mopanshan water transportation Project in Harbin, Shenyang Dahuofang Project, the second phase of Shanxi yellow River Project and the North-West Liaoning Water Division Project. The total quantity exceeds 1,200,000tons. And also, we exported to overseas market, such as Egypt, Canada and etc. Except the national standard GB/T5223, we can also meet with ASTMA648, NFEN642 and other international standards and special customer specifications.
