PC cut length& threaded wire is a kind of deep-processing products with high-quality high-carbon 82B wire rod as raw material. The computer-controlled length cutting machine is installed on the automatic PC wire production line. We can produce wire with diameter from 5.0 mm to 10.50 mm in different lengths according to customer’s demand. We can make the length to be accurate, the section of fracture to be perpendicular to the PC wire axis, and the straightness is superior. We can produce threaded wire in different threading lengths by peeling, chamfering and mechanically threading. We can also supply customers with the matched heat-treated anchoring nut.
The appearance of the cut length &threaded wire can be spiral rib, indented or plain round. This product is most suitable to be used in railway sleeper, track plate, beam body and other pre-tensioned concrete components. It can be produced as per PrEN10138, ASTMA911, etc. It has been exported in regular and large quantity to United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Argentina, Croatia, Pakistan and other countries.
