This product is suitable for pre-stressed concrete railway sleeper, concrete plate and concrete pipe, etc. Its diameter ranges from φ4.0mm to φ12.0mm and tensile strength from 1470 to 1960MPa. The size tolerance of this product is accurate; the surface quality is excellent, the mechanical property is uniform; the toughness is good; the buttoning strength is high. It is stress relived and low relaxation, meanwhile its fatigue and hydrogen embrittlement data are higher than the international standards provisions. A large quantity is exported to foreign markets in the past decades.
